SPRAYMATION, INC., is a manufacturer of electromechanical machinery that basically consists of equipment for the application of thermoplastic adhesives as well as "cold" adhesives for industrial applications in packaging, product assembly, and nonwoven converting operations. 

Two basic types of pumping systems can be supplied and each type is available in one of two pumping ratios ("Inlet air pressure to fluid outlet pressure" ratio) including 50:1 (388500 Series), and 20:1 (388800 Series). 

Along with the adhesive application equipment line there are other products for automatic spray painting for supply to the automotive industry, and coating formulators for laboratory use. 

The width of the pattern, typically ½" to 1" wide, is controlled by a combination of fluid and air pressure, as well as distance of the applicator from the substrate. When patterns beyond 1" wide are designed, multiple applicator heads will be required if a clean edge is required.
