Eggnog Truffle Cups

Directions: Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan on low heat or in microwave. With 3/4 inch pastry brush, coat inside of 30 paper candy cups with melted chocolate. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until set. Heat eggnog in small saucepan over low heat just until eggnog comes to a simmer.

Cheese and Chive Biscuits

Directions: Grease 24 muffin cups. In medium mixing bowl, stir together biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, chives and basil. Add milk all at once, stirring just till dough clings together. Drop dough by teaspoons into muffin cups. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Turkey Pita with Radish Confetti

Directions: In a small bowl combine radishes, avocado and Italian dressing; set aside. Fill pita halves with turkey, shredded lettuce and reserved radish mixture, dividing evenly. Serve immediately or wrap each half in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 5 hours.

Chocolate Caramel Pecan Crunch

Directions: In medium bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; mix well. Place corn puffs and pecans in ungreased 15x10 inch baking pan. Pour butter mixture over corn puff mixture, stirring to coat corn puffs and pecans evenly.

Crispy Chocolate Cups

Directions: In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat until blended and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in potato chips and peanuts. Drop by tablespoons into foil candy cups. Cool completely.
